What is Brillix?
An intelligence that shows its work: every answer carries sources, a confidence score, and claim-level truth dots — green sourced, amber inferred, red disputed. If Brillix isn't sure, it says so on the answer's face.
What's the difference between Chat and Deep Research?
Chat answers from reasoning and your knowledge. Deep Research plans queries, searches the live web in visible steps, cross-checks sources, and synthesizes with receipts.
What are Council Mode and the Devil's Advocate?
Council convenes four Brillix minds that deliberate in parallel before the Core presides. The Devil's Advocate (face icon under any answer) builds the strongest case against what was just said.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your conversations, knowledge, documents, and memory live in your own encrypted vault — separated per account, unreadable at rest, never visible to other users.

What is a Living Document?
A document whose facts stay under watch. When you write or paste text, Brillix finds the checkable factual claims inside it, searches the web for evidence, and scores each one. Then it keeps re-checking them over time — even while you're away.
What do the colored dots mean?
Sourced — supported by evidence. Inferred — partially supported or unclear. Disputed — sources contradict it. The number beside each claim is its confidence (0–100); the document's overall health is the average.
What does "claims weakened since you last looked" mean?
Your documents re-verify themselves in the background. If the world moves against a claim — new evidence contradicts it, or its support fades — Brillix records the drop and shows you an amber notice the next time you open the document. Your document notices its own decay before you act on it.
What happens when I edit a document?
Claims are anchored to your exact sentences. If you delete or rewrite a sentence, its claim is retired automatically. Hit Verify now after big edits to extract and check the new claims.
Is my document private?
Yes. Documents are isolated to your account — they never enter anyone else's context, and only claim text (never the whole document) is used for web searches.
